Simplify, simplify, simplify – find a few things that you are good at and become an expert in each one.
4 Identify the strengths and weaknesses of your current marketing plan
· Figure out what works and what doesn’t work?
· New strategies should match your individual talents and skills
· Don’t over extend yourself

4Improve your skills
· Make a list of the top areas you feel you need improvement
· Re-assess your list in light of the current economic climate
· Make it a goal to become more educated and project confidence

4Know your own branding
4Study the characteristics of the demographics you want to reach
· Adjust your marketing strategy to reach that demographic

4Set goals for what you want to accomplish in 2012
4Decide what new technologies and hardware are worth investing in for 2012
            · If you try to learn everything you will be mediocre at all

4Create or continue using a time management strategy
4If you need to, seek out a mentor or coach that will help you stay focused
